The room was somewhat small for a 3 star hotel. But everything else was great (pool, dining room, breakfast etc)

Lovely hotel run by friendly couple David and Nadine. Nadine hails from USA so no problems with language ( at least if your first language is English!) . Clean and nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are perfect and light. Sonia can come and give you a massage in a private area near the pool and there is also a hamman. The two dining rooms are perfect - an elegant one for the delicious evening meals and a bright and cheery one for the breakfast buffet. la Bourboule is very small and this hotel is near well- everything. Highly recommend it.

LES DRAPS ET LA DOUCHE ETAIENT SALES, PAS DE CHAUFFAGE, ET UN ACCUEIL DEPLORABLE. IL FAUDRAIT PENSER A CHANGER LA RECEPTIONNISTE ET LES FENETRES. CONCLUSION ON EST PARTI SANS ESSAYER LE RESTAURANT ON EN AVAIT ASSEZ VU. JE NE LE CONSEILLE PAS.

Nous avons adoré l'espace détente avec le jacuzzi ,le hammam et la piscine. L' hôtel est bien situé pour le tourisme. La nourriture est délicieuse et le petit déjeuner est très copieux .Il y a un parking couvert ce qui est très pratique. Les chambres qui donnent sur la cour sont très calmes.

Magnifique découverte de l'Auvergne lors d'un fabuleux séjour passé à la bourboule, en famille et en demi pension dans ce très bel hôtel, propre, calme et extrêmement bien tenu par des proprietaires bienveillants et dynamiques. Excellent rapport qualité/prix . Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse des propriétaires et la qualité des repas servis à leurs tables.

Hotel situé en centre ville Offert pour une box Acceuil du maître des lieux très sympathique Chambre spacieuse et propre piscine et jacuzzi correct Le repas du soir parfait Seul petit bémol le sourire oublié le lendemain matin de la réceptionniste Mais sinon je recommande cette établissement
